Tri Valley Plastic Surgery Professional Medical Corporation is the legal business name. Tri Valley Plastic Surgery is the “doing business as” (DBA) brand name used on our website and in our text messages.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Tri Valley Plastic Surgeryservices, including our website and SMS or email communications programs. By opting into our communications or using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Persons under 18 are not authorized to use these services or opt in to receive messages.

2. Program Description

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the (925) 854-4228. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

5. Opt In Again

If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.

7. Message Frequency and Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 3 SMS messages per appointment, and up to 10 monthly marketing messages, if consent was given. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
